Bought new March 2004.
Mow for 4 hours. After mowing for 2 hours the fan or exhaust starts burning my foot.
Any fixes?

I've never noticed that while bush hogging. Do you have a MMM? Maybe that alters the airflow enough to cause a problem. Deere sells a vertical exhaust kit for your machine so if it's hot exhaust that may be an option. I understand it requires boring a hole in a side panel so you'd probably want your dealer to do this. Another thought. Was your engine temperature in the normal range? Your radiator screen could have been plugged up with material and caused the engine temperature to climb. Be sure to keep the screen clean. When mowing in dry conditions the screen may plug up more frequently than you'd expect. ....

too hot...right foot never gets hot because its operating
the hydro pedals.. ....
